Working With Me

I am a third-year homeopath-in-training at CHE London, UK’s largest accredited college of homeopathy. I work under the guidance of experienced supervisors with decades of experience. This ensures every case receives thoughtful, responsible care as I continue to develop my clinical expertise.

As a student practitioner, my fees are lower and designed solely to cover the cost of supervision – making this a more affordable option for those looking to explore natural, holistic care.

Chronic & Constitutional Care

Chronic care addresses long-standing patterns — symptoms that have been trying to get your attention for a while. You may have tried many things before coming to homeopathy.

Chronic homeopathic care may support:

  • Skin conditions (eczema, acne, recurrent rashes)
  • Digestive concerns and gut imbalance
  • Emotional and nervous system patterns (anxiety, overwhelm, sensitivity)
  • Hormonal or developmental transitions
  • Recurrent infections or inflammation
  • Fatigue, headaches, or vague ongoing symptoms

Healing in chronic cases is a process, not a quick fix. Symptoms may shift gradually as the body reorganizes itself, often improving first in overall vitality, resilience, and emotional balance before resolving on the physical level.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is a comprehensive online intake, typically lasting 60–90 minutes.

During this appointment, we explore:

  • Current symptoms and health concerns
  • Medical history and family patterns
  • Emotional temperament and stress responses
  • Sleep, digestion, energy, and sensitivities
  • How symptoms change over time

This detailed case-taking allows me to understand how your system uniquely expresses imbalance, which is essential for selecting the most appropriate remedy.

After the consultation, a remedy plan is created and shared, along with guidance on dosing and what to observe.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are an essential part of homeopathic care. These online visits typically last 30-45 minutes, and allow us to assess:

  • How your system responded to the remedy
  • What has improved, shifted, or remained the same
  • Any new or returning symptoms
  • The overall direction of healing

Follow-ups are spaced 4-6 weeks apart, according to the individual case. Adjustments may include repeating a remedy, changing potency, waiting without intervention, or selecting a new remedy as layers unfold.

Acute Homeopathic Care

Acute care focuses on short-term conditions that arise suddenly and follow a clear pattern. This may include support for:

  • Colds, flu, fevers
  • Ear pain, sore throats, coughs
  • Minor injuries, strains, or shocks
  • Rashes or sudden skin eruptions
  • Digestive upsets
  • Acute emotional stress or anxiety

Acute care appointments are designed for conditions that have come on recently (generally within the last three weeks). These may include colds, flu, fevers, earaches, minor injuries, or other acute illnesses.

This appointment is a 20-minute online consultation for established clients only who have completed an initial new client consultation and are seeking support for an acute issue.

What to Expect From Homeopathic Care

  • Care is individualized — no two people receive the same treatment
  • Healing is often non-linear, especially in chronic cases
  • The goal is lasting change, not symptom suppression
  • Your observations and feedback are an important part of the process

Homeopathy works best when approached with patience, curiosity, and respect for the body’s own timing.
